Terms & Conditions

By placing an order or booking services with Unfinished Business Catering LLC, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Scope: We provide catering, bakery, and bartending services for events of all sizes. All bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation.

2. Deposits & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Full payment is due on or before the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Customization & Final Orders: Any changes to your order must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before your event. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes but cannot guarantee them.

4. Delivery & Set-Up: Delivery and set-up times will be confirmed prior to your event. Any delays caused by factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, venue access) will be communicated immediately.

5. Allergens & Dietary Restrictions: While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen is not certified allergen-free. Please inform us of any dietary needs in advance.

6. Photos & Marketing: By using our services, you grant permission for photos of your event (food displays, décor, etc.) to be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable.

• Deposits are used to purchase supplies and reserve your date and are therefore non-refundable under any circumstance.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will be charged in full.

• In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a credit will be issued toward a future service.
